Compounded ivermectin 30mg capsule for adults 220–260 lbs.
Adding this to your cart begins the consultation process. After checkout, you'll complete a secure pharmacist questionnaire. A Texas-licensed pharmacist reviews your request within one business day under Texas SB 773.
The 30mg ivermectin capsule serves adults in the 220–260 lb range or patients whose treating clinician has determined a higher per-dose strength is appropriate. As with all TexMed compounded ivermectin, the 30mg capsule is human-grade USP and dispensed only after Texas pharmacist review.
For heavier adults, taking ten 3mg tablets per dose is impractical. A single 30mg capsule simplifies adherence and reduces capsule-burden.
Higher-strength compounded ivermectin should only be used under the direction of a clinician familiar with off-label antiparasitic dosing. If you experience visual disturbances, severe headache, or unusual rash, stop use and contact our pharmacist immediately.
For full safety information see our Safety page. If you experience a severe reaction, call 911 immediately.
Your pharmacist determines your actual dose. This table is for educational reference based on FDA-approved prescribing information (0.2 mg/kg).
