Compounded ivermectin 12mg capsule — replaces 4 tablets.
Adding this to your cart begins the consultation process. After checkout, you'll complete a secure pharmacist questionnaire. A Texas-licensed pharmacist reviews your request within one business day under Texas SB 773.
The 12mg compounded ivermectin capsule is TexMed’s most-prescribed strength. A single 12mg capsule replaces four 3mg tablets, simplifying weight-based dosing for adults in the 110–150 lb range. Every capsule is human-grade USP ivermectin compounded in our Texas pharmacy.
The conventional reference dose is approximately 0.2 mg per kilogram of body weight. Twelve milligrams corresponds to roughly 60 kg (≈ 132 lb). Your pharmacist may recommend a different strength based on indication, body composition, and concurrent medications.
Ivermectin is generally well tolerated. Less common effects can include mild nausea, dizziness, fatigue, or transient diarrhea. Contact your pharmacist if symptoms persist beyond 48 hours.
Warfarin, certain antifungals, and CYP3A4 modulators may interact. List every prescription, OTC, and supplement on the consultation form so your Texas pharmacist can flag interactions before dispensing.
For full safety information see our Safety page. If you experience a severe reaction, call 911 immediately.
