TexMed was founded by a Texas-licensed pharmacist with more than 35 years of community pharmacy experience, with one goal: give Texas patients access to evidence-based pharmacist care from their own home.
We believe that pharmacists — the most accessible healthcare professionals in America — should be empowered to provide direct patient consultations. Texas Senate Bill 773 (2023) made that possible for certain medications, including ivermectin.
Every consultation at TexMed is reviewed by a licensed Texas pharmacist. Not a physician's assistant. Not an algorithm. A pharmacist.
All ivermectin we dispense meets United States Pharmacopeia (USP) purity and potency standards. We never source or dispense veterinary-grade ivermectin.
Our compounded capsules (9mg–45mg) are made in a Texas-licensed compounding facility following USP 795 standards for non-sterile compounding.
Every product is verified by the dispensing pharmacist before shipment. We do not use automated dispensing for these consultations.
